AGAIN AFTER YOU CLICK CACLULATE MY INCREASE the result will show SAVINGS, it is NOT SAVINGS it is the AMOUNT YOU ARE BEING INCREASED per year. Basically the WIN CALCULATOR and the INCREASE CALCULATOR do the same job convert a difference in Assessed Value into dollars.
