If you enroll during business hours, you'll get an ACTION REQUIRED email soon after with an EVIDENCE FILE with instructions to upload it to the county if your 30 Day Appeal Window is OPEN. If you enroll during your 30 day appeal window, after hours it will usually come the next business day.

NOTE: Appeal windows open TWICE A YEAR, at TWO different agencies about 4 to 6 months apart. During busy times, you may receive your evidence file close to the deadline (even 1 hour / 30 minutes before the county's usual midnight cut-off). So don't fall asleep before it arrives. While we try our best to meet all last minute online orders, please keep in mind that some townships are massive areas that create extremely higher and higher demand right up to the last minute, sometimes it's just not possible help all the last minute folks. It sucks to miss a deadline in the rush but no worries, another shot is coming in 4-6 months!

If county measured your house WRONG 20 years ago, you may only get several years of refunds but you also lower future bills. Consider our measuring service. TIP: Homes county often SCREWS UP their measurements on: Many 2 Flats, 3 Flats and other homes with an ENCLOSED, UNHEATED PORCHES, UNHEATED STAIRWAYS, UNHEATED CORRIDORS or UNHEATED MAIL ROOMS. The county often ASSUMES HEATED and ADDS them WRONGFULLY into your BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE. Also homes with LIVING SPACE ABOVE OR BEHIND AN ATTACHED GARAGE. Especial those with both!
