The old office on Foster served us well for more than a decade, walls loaded with Thank You letters but we simply out grew it. We have not used our Foster location since Covid, now it's only for used for storage. The building is undergoing major renovations. This is for a personal meeting with our owner Angelo in the comfort of his Home Office near Central and Higgins (a 5 minute walk from Jefferson Park Blue Line stop). Actual address will be on your Book Confirmation Screen and Email. NOTE: Angelo's home office is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, sorry.

There is easy street parking out front. Most appointments run about 20 minutes. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit. No worries my soon to be 3 year old will bring you snacks while you wait on the couch. Sometimes chips, sometimes baby tomatoes, it varies.
Entering address(es) on booking lets us be prepared. We'll go over EXEMPTIONS and ways to cut taxes!
Angelo will make sure you have a full grasp on your current property tax situation. He will also go over the NINE possible property tax exemptions that are now available in Cook County. If any are missing, you should know that we do NOT charge our customers for refunds or reductions! They keep 100% of BOTH!
